Cold Brew

Glass of cold brew coffee

Cold brew is a method of making coffee by steeping coarsely ground beans in cold water for an extended period. Unlike traditional brewing methods that use heat, cold brew relies on time to extract flavors from the coffee grounds.

What Makes It Unique:

  • Smooth and less acidic: The absence of heat results in a smoother, naturally sweeter coffee with lower acidity.
  • Rich and concentrated: Cold brew can be made as a concentrate, which can be diluted with water or milk.
  • Long shelf life: It can be stored in the fridge for up to a week without losing flavor.
  • Versatile: Cold brew is great for serving over ice, blending with milk, or even adding to cocktails.
