At New Beginnings Coffee, we are committed to providing the highest quality products and ensuring our customers have a great experience. Please review our return policy below:

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Coffee Products

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, all coffee sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on coffee products. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong product or if the coffee was damaged during shipping, please contact us at within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will make it right.

Merchandise

We accept returns on non-coffee merchandise within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, follow the steps below

  1. Log into your account. You will need to enter your email address and verify your account using a six-digit code sent to your email.
  2. Select the order you wish to return.
  3. Choose items to return. If the order contains multiple items, you can select the specific items you want to return.
  4. Provide a return reason. Select a reason for the return and add a note if necessary.
  5. Submit the request.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective merchandise).
  • Refunds will be processed once the returned merchandise is received and inspected. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
