Grown in the highlands of Ethiopia’s Yirgacheffe region, this lot from Chelchele village showcases the exceptional quality the area is known for. Shade-grown under native trees in fertile, clay-rich soil, the coffee is cultivated by smallholders and plantations using organic practices.
Processed naturally at the Chelchele Coffee Station, only the ripest cherries are hand-selected and sun-dried on raised beds for 12–15 days. This meticulous care results in a clean, fruit-forward cup with a rich, sweet profile. As a Grade 1 Ethiopian specialty coffee, it reflects both outstanding physical quality and vibrant flavor.
